Structure Is
the Service
Consulting firms are usually drawn as pyramids of partners. We drew ours as a routing diagram — because the only structure that matters is the one that gets your problem to the right desk.

JSE CONSULTING LLC is a Utah company registered at 2508 E 2100 S in Salt Lake City — up on the east bench, with the Wasatch in the window and the valley's warehouses, clinics, and offices below.
The practice is organized as six divisions and seventy-six positions: management and strategy, people and HR, growth and customer, operations and supply chain, environmental, and technical sciences — from actuarial work to waterproofing.
How work moves
through the chart.
Three rules govern every engagement we staff.
Every problem gets an owner
Your matter is assigned to a named division and a named lead on day one — not to a bench.
Positions, not headcount
Work is scoped by the position it fills. You fund a role and its deliverables, never vague activity.
One line to you
However many divisions touch the work, reporting consolidates into one line, one lead, one answer.
Problems don't
read org charts.
A supply-chain problem is also a compensation problem and a tariff problem. A site selection touches zoning, logistics, and workforce at once.
That's why the chart is matrixed. Divisions hold the disciplines; engagements pull positions across division lines under a single lead. The chart flexes so the answer doesn't break.

A general consulting practice organized as six divisions. Rather than a single specialty, we keep seventy-six defined consulting positions — from strategic planning and compensation to geochemistry and roof consulting — and staff engagements by pulling the right positions under one lead.
No. Financial management consulting explicitly excludes investment advice, and actuarial consulting excludes insurance actuarial services. Those regulated activities are outside our positions and should be taken to appropriately licensed providers.
Each engagement is scoped by position — the specific consulting roles it fills — with deliverables named per position. Pricing follows the scope: fixed-fee for defined studies, retainer for ongoing positions. The scope document is the price list.
Yes — most clients engage one division or even a single position. A compensation review touches only DIV-B; a warehouse study touches only DIV-D. Matrixed staffing is used only when the problem genuinely crosses lines.
Desk-based consulting — strategy, compensation, operations analysis, technical review — is delivered to clients anywhere. Field-dependent work (site selection, inspections, local studies) is performed from Salt Lake City across the Intermountain West and by arrangement further afield.
File a report: describe the problem to henrik.larsen@bzscapit.shop or call +1 (341) 261-7921. Within one business day we reply naming which division owns it — or telling you plainly it doesn't fit our chart.
